We take the time to thoroughly review your health history, complete a comprehensive physical examination, hear your concerns, and answer your questions before beginning treatment. Much like a puzzle, we need all the pieces to have a clear picture of what is needed to address your concerns and help you improve your health. We offer x-rays on-site if needed, and may ask to review any prior diagnostic reports or imaging.
Patients should plan to spend up to 60 minutes on their first visit, wear comfortable clothing for the physical examination, bring relevant imaging or diagnostic reports, and be prepared to review health history and medications.
Cash Patients & Family Plans
We offer discounted adjustments to those that pay at the time of service and don’t require insurance billing. Children under the age of 12 are free with a paying parent, ages 12-25 are given a significant child/young adult discount, and prepayment Family Plans are offered at a greater discount. We accept all major credit cards. Call us to review your payment options.
We accept most PPO Plans. Chiropractic benefits vary greatly, so let our front desk staff assist you in verifying your Health Plan benefits.
Personal Injury & Auto Accidents
Each case is unique and we will do our best to help you through the process. If you have “Medical Payments” benefits on your Automobile Insurance Policy, we can bill your Insurance company directly. Please call our office to discuss the specifics of your case and clarify your payment options.
Medicare will cover Chiropractic adjustments in our office. Some services including exams and x-rays may not be covered. Medicare Plans administered by an HMO (such as Kaiser) do not cover care in our office. Call our Front Desk staff for further clarification.
